The copper was annealed and then textured using a hammer with a temporary head made out of Jet-Set. Then the letters were raised using some stick on letters we found at a local craft store. These were placed on a piece of steel, the copper was reannealed and then pressed over the letters using a 20 ton hydraulic press and a piece of neoprene.
